How do I reset my password?
Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page. You'll receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
How do I add a new employee?
Go to Dashboard > Employees > Add New Employee. Fill in the required information and click Save.
How do I run payroll?
Navigate to Dashboard > Payroll > New Payroll. Select the pay period, review employee hours, and click "Process Payroll".
Can I export payroll reports?
Yes! All payroll reports can be exported to Excel or PDF format. Click the "Export" button on any report page.
How do I update government contribution rates?
HipStaff automatically updates SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG rates when they change. No action needed from you!
What if I need help during setup?
We offer free onboarding calls for all new customers. Schedule one through your dashboard or contact support.
